Automotive · Inventory & Gross

Replace the Monday meeting with one focus list.

Mid-Atlantic independents already have days-on-lot in the DMS—but they rarely see how age is stacking in each bucket next to comps and pack. You need that picture before you light another weekend price drop.

Meters compress turn and gross into one glance; age mix shows where inventory weight sits; the strip is the Monday list your managers actually run against.

How It Works

DMS, comps, and recon. One aging story, then the list.

Goes In

Data you already have

  • DMS inventory feed (VIN, cost, advertised)
  • Days-on-lot and price-drop history
  • Local market comps or vAuto-style feed
  • Optional: trade-in source and reconditioning cost
Comes Out

A ranked focus list

  • Every unit scored on gross, turn, and demand
  • Recommended action: hold, discount $X, or move
  • Aging curves surfaced before they hurt
  • Manager dashboard for weekly used-car meeting
Who It's For

Dealers who own inventory

  • Franchise dealers with 100–500 units
  • Multi-rooftop groups sourcing out of Manheim PA and Baltimore-Washington auctions

Common Questions

For dealers who already live in the DMS.

This is not another retail suite. It is a thin layer that turns feeds into a ranked list and aging context your used-car and GM meetings can run from.

Is this a replacement for our DMS?

No. It sits on top of the inventory and pricing data you already export or sync from the DMS. The goal is a ranked focus list and aging context, not re-keying deals.

Which systems or feeds can you connect to?

Most builds start with scheduled inventory exports, vAuto-style market feeds, or vendor APIs your group already pays for. We map whatever is authoritative for VIN, cost, days-on-lot, and advertised price at your store.

Does AnthroSync change prices or write back to the DMS?

No automatic repricing. You get recommended actions and dollar deltas your managers can approve in the workflow you already use.

How do you score gross health and turn pressure?

Using your pack rules, recon where you track it, front gross history, days-on-lot, and local comp position. The first version is transparent about inputs so used-car and GM leadership can trust the ranking.

What would we send you to scope a first version?

A read-only inventory pull, a month of price-drop history if you have it, and how you run the weekly used-car meeting today. That is enough to model the Monday list and age-bucket story.

How long until we are in production?

Most dealer builds land in about four to six weeks from kickoff once feeds are stable, because the UI is narrow: aging, comps, and a ranked action queue rather than a full retail suite.
